You don’t want to build your deck directly on the ground. You should spray weed control substances on the ground after that. The location should be covered and the frame laid with gravel.
Step three
The frame that you will put on your deck will be installed on this gravel. If you have already placed gravel on the spot where you will place the deck, installing the boards is easy. You must not place the boards on the ground or gravel. The boards will sink because of the weight of the deck. You should place the boards on a plank of wood or concrete block.
Step four
Attaching the boards together will form the frame for the deck. It is recommended that you use treated woods for the boards because they will last a long time. Attach more boards on the inside of the frame so that the structure will be strong after securing the outer boards.. If you want to add the joists inside the frame, you need to make sure they are at a minimum distance of 16 inches.
Step five
The next thing to do after building the frame is arranged the deck on the joists. You should start the task from the side of a house or a wall..
